Information we process
DoDid stores the account, task, reference-data, recurrence, activity, and support information needed to operate your workspace. Task content can include descriptions, remarks, tags, assigned users, dates, and completion history.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, separate tenant workspaces, calculate task status and recurrence, provide exports, maintain audit history, and respond to support enquiries.
Access and retention
Workspace administrators manage active users. Operational task records remain available to the tenant. When an individual deletes an account, access is removed after the recovery period and profile data is anonymized while historical task records remain intact.
